Think my neighbour is seeing 2 guys at the same time

I've seen 2 different guys visit my female neighbours house regularly in the last month. I'm assuming she's sleeping with them as it's in the evening. Not sure if they know about each other..
Should I say anything to them? Or would that be ridiculous?

I have no idea who any of my neighbours have in and out of their houses.
I can't even see my neighbour's front door unless I go outside.

It is a free country, and people are allowed to have as many visitors as they want in their own home? And they can even have sex with them all if they really want to.

FWIW, I have 4 regular male visitors, while having the audacity to be single. Which, if any of them I'm shagging is noone else's business!

My best friend's brother stays with me alternate weekends. We're friends. Nothing more. His older brother was the love of my life, he's like a brother to me.
My ex stays me occasionally, he breaks his journey from London when he goes to see his family in Cheshire. Again, nothing more. Totally platonic now.

Before my ex was my ex (if you get my drift) he used to come and stay with me up North. I had a very nosy neighbour back then.
She saw him having a smoke out by the bins, so went out, ostensibly to hang washing (a single tea towel) on the line, and asked him who he was and what he was doing (!).
He told her he was there to service the boiler.....
