I don’t like any of them. I’m politically hornless but seeing this turd getting more and more popular would actually make me leave the country.

Me and DH have agreed that if he ever becomes PM we are leaving The UK.
Luckily DH has an EU passport so we can

DonaldJohnTrump · 28/12/2024 16:08

I like him. Bigly time.👍👍👍

Podcastqueen · 28/12/2024 16:14

If he becomes PM he may take a leaf out of Keir’s book and hardly ever be in the UK

He is currently 5/2 favourite to become the next PM. With Nick Candy & Elon Musk prepared to bankroll Reform.

Why? He hasn’t produced a manifesto just details of unfunded undeliverable spending

MrsHemswoth · 28/12/2024 16:17

I cannot bear him and his far right rhetoric - X has become more right wing too, hardly surprising though really - I am swerving it now too

Liesmorelies · 28/12/2024 16:21

He's absolutely repulsive and I can't see why people fall for his bullshit.

FranticFrankie · 28/12/2024 16:26

Odious creep

FloofyPaws · 28/12/2024 16:27

He does have a rather pungent musk about him.

LutherVandrossessuit · 28/12/2024 16:32

I think if we had better quality MPs and cabinet members, he wouldn't have the appeal he has currently. He's much more eloquent than Starmer who just can't think on his feet. If we had Politicians who would face Farage in a debate, challenge him and ask him difficult questions, maybe he wouldn't be so popular. However, the current Labour government are so weak and the Tories are in disarray I can only see him increasing in appeal. He's cultivated a 'man of the people' persona which is more attractive than Starmer the grey man.

TooBigForMyBoots · 28/12/2024 16:37

Is he suing Kemi Badenoch?

Because feelings are heavier than facts. It's tragic really.

ThejoyofNC · 28/12/2024 16:44

I'm a huge Farage fan and I sincerely hope he's the next PM. Out country is becoming an absolute shit hole.

No different from Trump - false promises which some are naive enough to believe.

And how is Mr Brexit going to do that? Which policies do you think will do that?

rewilded · 28/12/2024 16:54

I have just become a member of Reform. What's the problem?

Why did you join - which of their promises sold them to you?

What about him and his policies makes you a fan?

rewilded · 28/12/2024 17:00

Nigel Farage seems to care about the UK and about British culture and values. I can't see why some people have a problem with that.

Don't blame the voters, it's up to the other political parties to up their game and challenge these promises. If the current (and previous) government were doing a good job in working for the electorate he'd lose his appeal.

Where does he live

Startingagainandagain · 28/12/2024 17:02

Can't believe people would support someone who gave us the disaster that is Brexit and fall for his 'man of the people' act.

Farage is another wealthy narcissist, like Trump and Musk, with a thirst for power who has managed to manipulate the gullible.

How do you feel about having no say when it comes to choosing who leads your "party" or having a vote on any manifesto? What does your £ get you, other than a little badge and a poster?
