Been at my company 5 years and am earning under £35K. Albeit did start on £19k.

Civil servant, 5 years, £72k.

Sen ta 18000 a year full time but I work 4 days a week

In-house lawyer, 14 years PQE.
£150,000.

Civil servant, approx £65k including London weighting and a specialist digital skills allowance.

98k, professional services marketing. Salary has only increased slightly over the last 7 years since having children.

Senior Manager, £64k basic and approx £10-15k p/a bonus

HR/People Manager £65k

That’s well under min wage full time is just under £24k now. Unless the £18k is because your not on 37-40hours?
