What is your salary and what is your job role?

Been at my company 5 years and am earning under £35K. Albeit did start on £19k.

Senior respiratory specialist nurse. 42k full time equivalent. A few extra bits and bobs here and there. I have a degree and 2 post graduate diplomas in my specialist field. MUG springs to mind now I'm thinking about it!

Teacher - 33k (for 3 days a week - would be £50,589 if full time!)

37k but work 3 jobs. 1 FT and 2 PT. 50 hours per week

£25.5k for 37.5hrs but I do 35 hrs so a bit less- call centre for health insurance 📞

Teacher (and Head of subject). Just under £50k. I've been a teacher for 40 years, so am at the top of the pay scale, plus get extra for my additional responsibilities.

48k social worker, top of my bracket though, will not earn more unless I get a promotion.

Sales Manager 65k

Senior Nurse Specialist - 30 yrs experience - degree and on specialist Public Health Register - 47k - most I have ever earned - utter mug .....

I’m only in my late 20s and thought I was getting the short straw! Pay disparity is disgusting.

Midwife £45,000 inc London weighting, middle of band 6, 4 years qualified

Same.

I like my job and people keep telling me the pensions good so 🤷‍♀️

28k, transport planner within supply chain.
6 years experience but no qualifications past GCSE level.

I'm always shocked to see how little nurses and teachers are paid.

Senior Document Controller - 42k

£110k Secondary Headteacher.

30 years in teaching

Associate Architect. 10 years fully qualified. £46k.

Operations manager 45k plus 8k bonus

University Admin - Professional Services (Grade 6)

£35k been in the job for 22 years. The holidays make up for the pay...

79k HR Manager - 10 years experience.

Independent Advocate (IMHA, IMCA, DOLS, Care Act) 30k , 24 yrs in mental health, 16 years in Advocacy

£80k. Solicitor in regional firm. 7 years PQE.

105k + around 40k annual bonus
Financial services, 13 years experience
Feel it's crazy money compared to the norm so hate arguing for more but there is still very much a gender pay gap.

£120k plus bonus in financial services. 10 years experience.

School admin, 18k for 21 hours pw.
