Been at my company 5 years and am earning under £35K. Albeit did start on £19k.

Senior respiratory specialist nurse. 42k full time equivalent. A few extra bits and bobs here and there. I have a degree and 2 post graduate diplomas in my specialist field. MUG springs to mind now I'm thinking about it!

Teacher (and Head of subject). Just under £50k. I've been a teacher for 40 years, so am at the top of the pay scale, plus get extra for my additional responsibilities.

Feel it's crazy money compared to the norm so hate arguing for more but there is still very much a gender pay gap.
