Anything at all that you found whether it be a bargain or a life hack... feel free to share. I'll try to think of some too

I've found that leaning forward, with tablet and sip if water in mouth, then slinging my head back and swallowing is a good way for getting tablets down.
Capsules, I put in my mouth with some water, use my tongue to bounce the capsule down, sling my head back and swallow in one smooth hopefully move.

@Sandbag11 It works on some, not others. Works on the Daily Mail, not on the Telegraph, for example.

A window size piece of acrylic attached to the inside of the window frame cuts down on the cold coming through the glass. It's a sort of secondary glazing, but cheaper.

You can also use thick polythene sheeting or bubble wrap if cost is an issue.
