I was thinking that the US public wouldn’t vote for Trump now that it is so apparent he is such a fascist. It’s terrifying to realise that they already know that and that is why they are going to vote for him.
I’m scared for the world.

fascism does not necessarily include anti semitism (though sadly it often does).
fascism includes extreme right policies, violence, racism, anti immigration, very conservative family values, disdain for democracy, militarism (though trump here is arguably not a typical fascist in that he is quite isolationist) a belief in torture and hatred of open media.
trump ticks a lot of those!

i don’t think trump is about to commit another holocaust. But let’s face it, if thats a defence of trump then it’s a pretty low bar.

But, has he started any wars, was the point.
Does he admire and extol dictators?
Has he stated Hitler did good things?
That was Trump.

I think he will win.
The world will still carry on.

I think many people feel very angry and very disaffected indeed by current progressive policies, that plus a cost of living crises and here we possibly are.

Are you sure Trump said that? Any video footage or just another accusation? So many lies tild about Trump that I would need proof to believe it.

He was very popular. I still can't believe that many people voted for Biden.

Apparently so but Trump still got alot of votes. I cannot honestly believe that so many people would have voted for Biden. I know the media have a strong influence over people but the man clearly had dementia.

His ex-chief of staff has reported that Trump praised Adolf Hitler on multiple occasions and believed a fascist approach would be a better way to run America.

Yes, and the Dens handled it very badly and publicly waffled in their support then outright called for him to step aside. That didn't do any favours for the party, imo. It all should've been behind closed doors.
