The red was SO red above my house earlier, so bright to the naked eye. But I don’t have pics, woe. My son took this photo on his phone (I don’t have a mobile).

Just outside Edinburgh.

Not necessarily true. If its strong enough, like tonight, it is visible to the naked eye. Photos from durham tonight

I could see the red in the sky with the naked eye, took photos in night mode on my camera. Not far from Longleat, Wiltshire. Can't attach them, aaargh!

Not a great display for me but I've finally seen them! Too late and too cold to venture out to the top of the hill for a better view though.

I could see it without the camera. Was amazing

From the Wirral out of my bedroom window. Went to flipping Iceland five years ago to see them, not a sausage!

Now ticked off the bucket list. Had a great evening looking out for them 😊
