I'll go first. THE RAIN

Our bedroom is an attic conversation and my said of the bed is partly underneath a skylight. It's like trying to sleep inside a drum!

State of the world. We seem to be on the edge of WW3 and people don't seem to realise it, they post about dogs and mistresses and private schools, etc. but we are staring into the abyss.

Hope all goes well and that the staff are lovely to you. My last experience in the best clinic was that everyone was so nice and I hope that's the case with you as it really helps.

You miss your training because you trigger her? That sounds nuts!

It's a long story but, yes basically. Only a small part of itt - about 90 minutes - and I would have been observing rather than participating but it was still a learning experience I missed out on.

I'm not surprised you're waking up seething – that sounds pretty bizarre!

@spicysugar what do HR think of you missing out? I would be furious if I was in your position, I'd be asking why should I be the one removed? Cross on your behalf

It's a bit outing to say any more but we're paying for ourselves so no HR involvement. Anyway I'm not going to be in this position again, so I feel better now I'm home.

It does make me think though about all the people that kick off in groups and how they ruin things for everyone else and take up the vast amount of the training time and the trainers' attention.

Hopefully will sleep well tonight as I hope willl all of you on this thread.

just in bed having spent two hours writing an email protesting the despicable behaviour of a year head at school who thinks i'm scared of him.
i eventually nodded off 5-7 last night but overall had 2 hours sleep since 2am. no idea how i'm not sat in a corner with a pair of underpants on my head, two pencils up my nose and saying 'wubble'!

Stressing and anxiety

Insomnia again

Worry, anxiety, shock and self reflection after being verbally attacked by my partner and pondering my next steps...

Combination of dog being unsettled tonight and fussing to be outside, think she has an upset tummy, and a good old dose of peri anxiety and insomnia.

Shoulder pain, haven't slept properly for around 2 weeks with it and no over the counter stuff is touching it! Finally have a GP appointment at 9am but then have to work. Supposed to be away for the weekend but feeling so anxious that I won't be able to go and will lose a lot of money and disapoint my friend 😞

Nine months pregnant and can't seem to sleep 😢

Felt dizzy in work yesterday , obvs could not get docs app, Bp checked at chemist and was sky high, so worrying about that all night and not going in to work today as I need to try and see a gp.
