Our bedroom is an attic conversation and my said of the bed is partly underneath a skylight. It's like trying to sleep inside a drum!

Actually they are now keeping them in hospital so I can go to sleep for a bit. Sending good vibes and kind energy to all who are struggling tonight.

My cat gets up and knocks things over around this time just for fun! Vases pictures etc it's every night since I adopted him 2 years ago.

I'm wide awake. Had a cold for about a week and the cough is relentless. Haven't slept for several days now. Cough seems to be getting worse not better atm

My DD woke at 12 and has zero intention of going back to sleep 🥴😭

I’m going into hospital at 7 am for a mastectomy surgery for breast. Cancer - haven’t slept a wink as terrified of the op

Not covid? It's on my mind as hospital says the new strain is nasty.

Chemo in the morning

Stinking cold. Been awake since 2am. Had a shower and hair wash so feeling a bit better.

Because my sleep pattern has gone full night owl post COVID, I'm still quite ill but I have soo much to do today. Obviously I just binge watched 10 episodes of a show on netflix instead of at least attempting going to sleep before midnight 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Kiuyni don't think so. I tested negative on the first day. Haven't tested again since tbh. I don't feel unwell particularly just got this really persistent and almost violent cough.

Why am I awake? Oh that would be the glass of wine I had at 7pm just plotting with peri to make sure I never sleep again

4 year old is vomiting.

3 year olds nappy leaked all in the bed so had to change all that. Now stressing about work in a few hours. I’ve been off sick for a while and went back about 3 weeks ago. My manager has been causing me anxiety and we have a team away day in a few days that I don’t want to attend and we have to contribute towards costs for the day which I can’t afford due to being on SSP for last month.

I've been up most nights now because of anxiety. Recently separated from Husband and I have a one year old. I have to make a decision whether I'm going to stay in London (West) or move to Bracknell for a fresh start.

No idea, sometimes I just can't get back to sleep. Going on my phone likely doesn't help but I quite enjoy it and know I'll sleep better tomorrow night.
