Does anyone else have this advert with the creepy AI girl advertising lenses?

I feel like it’s currently the only advert on Mumsnet. She follows me into every thread. In over 40 years of choosing glasses and lenses I can honestly say I’ve never chosen a lens by name. Isn’t that the opticians job? 🤷‍♀️

I do actually choose a named lens (Zeiss) but I agree about the slight creepiness. It's that shiny cheek and glassy-eyed gaze.

I was thinking the same! She looks aged 6 yet also aged 45 at the same time. Super creepy. It really catches my attention though, which I guess is the point.

I actually came off mumsnet last night as I was so sick of seeing it, creepy, looks like MissJean Brodie

She is literally everywhere. So awful and waxy. Maybe they're hoping that our eyesight is so bad we think she looks normal?

It’s come up 5 times for me on this thread…which is more than usual. Wonder if having it in your OP has triggered it on my browser!

yes she's very creepy, I thought it was just me getting these ads because I have searched for those lenses! I'm considering them for my DD who is really short sighted and it will only get worse so maybe they can help.
