What’s your favourite cocktail?

Just for fun. Dd and I are slowly working our way through some popular ones but our favourite so far has got to be the humble spicy margarita.
Also do you have any superb recipes for them? This evening we made mint juleps and caipirinha and both we okay.
i bought good quality spirits, not cheap ones but there is definitely an art to mixology!!

I love a Long Island iced tea also a cherry one is good,
Dirty martini,
Espresso martini, I've had amaretto and baileys ones that have been delicious,
Pink Lady,
Brandy Alexander,
Old fashioned,
Whiskey sour,

For shots and shooters I love a BabyGuiness,
B52,
Big Bang

Mojito or strawberry daquari (sorry spelling) must have crushed ice though. 🧊

Bloody Mary

I did once have the most delicious Bloody Mary, never had once as good since, I can still remember the savoury salty tang. Lovely! One to have a go at for sure.

We’ve made granita before, i think we could have a go and add some booze. We did mint and lemon, it was so refreshing. Similar vibes to a frozen daiquiri but less sweet.

Oh yes I forgot about a brandy alexander, yum!

White Russian or a white chocolate martini!

Vesper martini for me. Any kind of martini, in fact.

I don’t like sweet, sickly drinks, but I do enjoy a classic cocktail. A proper Martini or a Negroni for me, please.

Partial to a Paper Plane and a Clover Club, but more often I drink dry Martinis (5:1 with a twist) or Negronis.
