I'm 40 which matches my heart age :)

Oh dear, thanks for sharing and giving me a kick up the bum!
mine is 46 (I’m just past 40 and exercise LOADS)

merryhouse · 09/07/2024 16:35

49, and I'm 55.

olderbutwiser · 09/07/2024 16:36

62, and I'm 66

CharlotteRumpling · 09/07/2024 16:39

Aaargh, it's 61 and I am 52. Because of my ethnicity. And also cause I don;t know my BP and cholestorol ( was healthy at last measure).

Singleandproud · 09/07/2024 16:39

40 and I'm 37, what I was surprised at though is that losing weight would 'only' add a year.

SwedishEdith · 09/07/2024 16:43

I guessed my BP and my weight and didn't know my cholesterol. Plus a parent who died at 60 (not technically diagnosed with heart failure though before 60) whacked on another 9 years 😲

SagePenguin · 09/07/2024 16:44

Mine gives me 8 years over my age, because my brother had a cardiac arrest at 59. If i take that out, it's at a year younger than my age. I can't do much about the family history, although I may mention it to my GP who I need to see re something unrelated.
Thanks OP for the link

TomatoSandwiches · 09/07/2024 16:45

65 and I'm 39

That actually upset me a bit

BouleDeSuif · 09/07/2024 16:49

41 and I'm 41!

RainbowZebraWarrior · 09/07/2024 16:49

Thanks for this, OP. It's interesting, as pre Pandemic I was really fit, physical job, swimming and seeing a personal trainer. He did this test on me and it came out as 64. I was 48! I was bloody gutted.

I'm now 53, I've put 3 stone on and my health has deteriorated (I now have a disability and am unable to exercise much) yet my heart age is 61.

I'll take that, to be fair, as I need all the positives I can get. My family history re heart issues <75 is decent, and I don't have diabetes or high cholesterol. (My BP issues and weight are the only thing pushing up my score)

Food for thought

OnlyFrench · 09/07/2024 16:51

90....I'm 62 and waiting for surgery 😳

Allnewtometoo · 09/07/2024 16:54

50 and I'm 46, fat, high BP.

Hopealong · 09/07/2024 16:55

56 and I'm 59

FifteenAll · 09/07/2024 16:57

69 and I’m 60.

It’s because I have high blood pressure and a close relative who had a stroke in their 50s.

Alwaystired23 · 09/07/2024 16:57

44, and I'm 41. I think it would be lower as I've just had my cholesterol checked it was fine, but I didn't know the measurement to put it in.

MrTiddlesTheCat · 09/07/2024 17:00

56 and I'm 52. I'm quite pleased with that as I expecting it to tell me to consult an undertaker.

WhatHaveIFound · 09/07/2024 17:03

Mine came up as my exact age.

I didn't know my BP or cholesterol. I'm slightly overweight but exercise every day and have a very good diet - no red/processed meats and very little alcohol. Maybe my ethnicity goes against me?

Thegreatgiginthesky · 09/07/2024 17:06

43 and I am 44. Not sure how people get it lower. I tried testing with lower levels of cholesterol and bp and it still stayed at 43.

Portfun24 · 09/07/2024 17:09

33 and I'm almost 39

DurhamDurham · 09/07/2024 17:09

48 and I'm 53 so I'm pleased about that, no idea how accurate it it but I'll go with it since it's cheered me up!

Maybe they calculate bmi for it also?

TÄ¥ey do. That's what it said I needed to work on.

tennisfann · 09/07/2024 17:16

I’m 55 and it said my heart is 52.

Eze · 09/07/2024 17:17

I’m 50 and my heart age is 68-75 😭

I have lots of chronic health conditions.

SwedishEdith · 09/07/2024 17:19

I knocked a year off by changing post codes 😕. I honestly think if you have a family history, it adds about 5 or 6 years on.
