Staying up all night? What’s your plan?

I am planning to stay up all night tonight. Well, I’ll probably decide after I’ve seen the exit polls at 10. The BBC have some suggestions for the best way to stay awake:

  1. embrace the multi-nap strategy - first one at 21:00 tonight, in time for the 22:00 exit poll, then at 02:00, 06:00 and 14:00 on Friday
  2. but limit naps to between 20-30 minutes and "pre-load" with a caffeine hit just before you sleep
  3. keep hydrated with water but avoid sugar-packed energy drinks and alcohol
  4. keep all the lights on overnight
  5. snack on protein drinks or unsalted nuts (sorry, no chocolate)
Does anyone else have a plan? Eg. When are the first results likely? What would be the best times to nap?

Wow, that exit poll is even bigger than I expected!

I may stay up, always vote and for the first time in years I had to queue.

I think more people have voted so it will be interesting to see.

I am working tomorrow & 'in charge' but I feel it may be quite historic.

I can't decide what channel to watch. I can't stand people on all of them.

Exit poll at 10. Sleep until 3. Coffee, Rory and Alistair. Shower, school run, Work at nine.

You’ve just reminded me to make some 3am breakfast muffins.

Love the sound of 3am breakfast muffins.

This is on my schedule now😁
