What should I buy in M&S Foodhall?

Brand new M&S foodhall has opened near me.. very excited! What should I buy?

The cauliflower cheese is amazing, so I'd buy that and a block of Cornish Crunch cheddar (it's got salt crystals in it, delicious 😋). And Percy Pigs and the wiggly caterpillar chewy sweets too, the sugar coated ones.

No wonder I'm as wide as I'm tall 🙄

Deli coleslaw

The 3 for 12.00 pack of meat, we like the flatties and kebabs.
Ready salted combo crisps.

The 1.00 garlic bread.

The sachets of hot choc.

Cheese scone from the bakery.

Red delicious apples

I came on to say this ^

their bernaise sauce in a pot (in chiller cabinet) reheat in microwave is fabulous if you like bernaise sauce w steak.

Chicken Caesar dip! It is the best thing ever invented. The Indian dip is okay but the Caesar is where it's at.

The sticky toffee loaf cakes are very good.

I do my weekly shop there and haven’t regretted it.

I think they have stopped doing the scotch eggs with runny middles 😭. Last few times I have bought them they have had hard middles, not as good.

I switched to doing our weekly shop there - honestly it is cheaper than what we used to pay at Sainsbury’s/Tesco and everything is so much better quality, especially when it comes to fresh produce like fruit/veg/meats etc. Definitely worth considering even if like us you haven’t won the lottery lately

Trust me. Try the salad. Today I had to choose between super green salad and lemon loaf cake as a late lunch. I chose the salad. I was not disappointed.

I think you must have lettuce poisoning or something, as that is insane.

ooh and they do these bags of mini cylindrical wafers with a chocolate hazelnut filling. They are really good too.

Stay away from any pre pack salad or sandwiches until all the recalls are done just in case.

When it's over go for the best ever prawn sandwhich.

Is it a big store? Some of the bigger stores have a far wider range than normal ones - including a fancy cheese counter, fresh pizza counter etc.

The baked beans! 45/50p and the only ones apart from Heinz the fussy buggers in this house will eat.
