I don't find this list funny at all. These men really fucking hate women. Ok, so many of them hate women because women don't want to sleep with them - but they still really really hate us, and probably before becoming incels they hated us anyway, and this attitude is what put women off.
This list shows that they see women as objects or animals, nothing but breeding service humans who exist solely to cater to men. We are not real human beings at all to them.

The list isn't supposed to be achievable, it's purpose is to put women in their place. The aim is to create a standard that women fall short of in morally and "disgust-coded" ways, so that they feel justified in feeling disgust and hatred towards the majority of women. It's our fault, we deserve their hatred because of our degenerate promiscuous PH levels. The narrative is not that we reject the incels, it's that we are so fucking disgusting and vile that we fall short of the standards for normal womanhood. Which, by the way, is an existence of mindless sexual and domestic servitude.

Fuck these twats, honestly. It upsets me because even though the number of men that actually want someone who meets that list is miniscule, it puts the idea out there that this is somehow what a woman would be in an ideal world. It's oppression and it's revolting.

One can choose to be celibate (by refusing to participate in sexual activity) but not being celibate (ie being sexually active) is not something you can control. You can be willing to be sexually active, but you can only achieve it if you are able to engage with someone else who is willing to do it with you
