@VerlynWebbe I love the idea of your tiny white houses 😍

Secretriver · 01/04/2024 23:17

@IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads Your mugs are beautiful. Can I ask where they are from? Currently looking at my motley collection & they’re not bringing me joy…

My under £20 joy is currently a new hellebore plant for the garden (£9) plus a packet of sunflower seeds - this is the year I’m going to plant them in time to have joy later in the year.

Plus olive oil soap from last years holiday, proper peppermint tea & very dark chocolate.

Soap and glory - original scent only!!!

The smell just brings so much joy and makes me feel super clean and pampered!

Yes!! The original is the best scent and always feels a real treat to use. I just brought myself the body wash and body lotion and the smell makes me happy all the time

Diversion · 01/04/2024 23:32

A book, CD or DVD (yes I still use them) from my Amazon wish list. I love books, new ones or pre loved ones and I love CDs and DVDs because I like to own my own media rather than relying on the internet and paying subscriptions.

IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads · 01/04/2024 23:38

@Secretriver I got mine from a fair trade shop in Holmfirth, West Yorks, but you can get them here. The conical shape with the narrow top than bottom keeps drinks warmer for longer.

Also love the curver baskets OP and off to buy the tanning drops.

mitogoshi · 02/04/2024 07:51

A good home cooked meal - I highly recommend (on BBC website) the Hairy Bikers recipe for prawn tacos, cost approximately £15 for 4 people but was worth every penny! Top tip - I would serve plain flour mini tortillas eg the Lidl ones microwaving rather than frying plus have tortillas chips to spoon up the inevitable spillage. Honestly, best recipe I've cooked for ages

Lentilweaver · 02/04/2024 08:17

Marking!
Mine is £15 London theatre tickets from Central Co Uk.

ChocBanana · 02/04/2024 08:56

A trip to the cinema by myself (including snacks if I go to the local indie and not the Vue)
A new book
Lindor chocolates
A new bubble bath
Vegetable plants that I can plant on my patio
Technically cheating because £20 doesn’t cover the transport to get there but a ticket to watch the Lionesses at Wembley.

Neals Yard Womens Balance is worth every penny. Also comes in a roll on for about half the price. Love love it.

Instant coffee flavoured granules. I normally use vanilla flavour. Just shake a few granules in with the normal stuff.

Fresh flowers. Can’t wait for Peony season, but seeing daffodils gives me hope and I still buy them.

Sunshine… which in theory should be free!

Aromatherapy Blend - Womens Balance 10ml

A balancing blend of relaxing patchouli, uplifting geranium, nurturing rose and rejuvenating frankincense. The blend works together to harmonise body and mind. The rose and geranium also help to take the edge off your emotions giving you inner clarity....
