Love this thread idea!

I leave a caramel syrup in work that I can add to my lattes, always makes it tastier.

RainbowZebraWarrior · 01/04/2024 14:49

Really good essential oils for making my own candles, soaps and lip Balms.

Second hand 100% cashmere jumpers from vinted (although you have to be careful)

An Extra special meal deal from Waitrose or M&S.

£20 spend in my local Chinese supermarket (this usually involves some of my DDs favourite treats, and something new to try)

I'm also currently stalking my favourite perfume on ebay and vinted. It's being discontinued, so I've bought 9 bottles so far. It's usually £40+ but I've picked up a few lately for £20 and just under. New and sealed. Always feels like a treat, and a big thrill when I get a bargain.

Coconut & lime incense from Oliver bonas! Smells like warm summer evenings.❤️

LetsBePositive10 · 01/04/2024 14:53

Incense sticks from Dishoom £5.50. They transport me to India every time I light one and remind me of happy holidays. Also a £1 bunch of daffodils from the supermarket. Makes me happy knowing spring and better weather is on It’s way.

coodawoodashooda · 01/04/2024 14:56

Daffodils, new pyjamas, bubble bath

IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads · 01/04/2024 14:59

A houseplant.
My giant peace Lilly and a lovely yellow pot cost less than £20 from ikea earlier this week.

Deathraystare · 01/04/2024 15:01

Audiobooks. Especially great as I am in a book club. We all choose a different book. I no longer have room for 'real books'.

Tony Maloney chocolate. I try not to buy it too often but I love it! Bought some for Easter!

Recently purchased Rimmel's matte face powder. I normally buy Soap and Glory's heck of a blot but they don't sell it in the Superdrugs I have been in, only Boots.

Got a few tops from Tesco recently. A blue and white striped top (Like Princess Kate's but I have a feeling she did not shop there!!!), a jumper and a pair of jogging bottoms. Only thing is, it is on the 1st floor and no cash till so as I go down in the lift to pay an alarm went off and I thought there would be a crowd of security people gathered around!!!

I often buy diffusers too (from Amazon).

I will need to buy some cut flowers soon. After my friend's funeral in February I was given a plastic bowl vase with some flowers in them. I have kept them all this time and refreshed the water a number of times but now they are getting brown so I will need to chuck them. I think it was Gypsophilia - little white flowers and some mauve ones too.

Either we were separated at birth, or you and I were meant for each other!

Daffodils . . . they always cheer me up when they first appear in the shops. As soon as I see them, I know Spring is coming. Not many things you can buy for £1 nowadays and daffodils are the best of those things!

Salmon . . . we never had this when I was growing up and it always seems like a treat

Jigsaw puzzles . . . has to be the right picture so I don't find many I like but I love searching!

Ice-creams . . . for the little ones in my family when we spend a day on the beach

Coffee & cake . . . love meeting up with friends and we all enjoy our coffee

Biscuits . . . love looking for new ones I haven't tried yet

Yarn . . . but you already knew that from my username!😂

CatLevelCare · 01/04/2024 15:42
