Tinnitus - which doesn't really bother me, it's a continuous high-pitched noise that is just there all the time

The wood crackling on my fire. A dog snoring.

A dog barking outside intermittently
My dog walking across my laminate in the spare room whilst I work

An ambulance faintly

Ticking clock.
Traffic out the front.
Tinnitus.
