1/5 of customers who completed a survey said they didn't want to see the cross as the religious symbol for Good Friday.

That means 4/5 either do or don't care.

I'm not offended, just amused by the daftness of it. Somehow Hot Tick Buns doesn't sound so appealing especially when you associate tick with Lyme's disease!

They are still going to sell them with a cross though just also some with a tick instead. I don't see that it matters. People can just choose what they want. I think some people are just making a fuss about nothing

I still think they should do a limited edition of hot tick buns. Many shops already tinker with different varieties including apple and cinnamon amd very Berry, that I've seen, so why not hot tick buns eh?

I'm tucking into mine this very moment with my afternoon coffee.

I suppose I would rather buy them without the cross, not that I've ever given it any thought before.

I LOVE this idea! I've been planning to try making some myself this year and I'm going to do this. Watch out for new games which require progressively fewer noughts and crosses. 2 in a row doesn't really work unfortunately...
