Lorraine Kelly so fucking rude!

God she's awful. Haven't watched for a long time but just turned it on and caught her interviewing the lovely Adele Roberts. Thought it was a good interview until the very end when she's given a birthday cake and Lorraine says 'and you can eat all of that cake, you're so tiny, you need to eat'

Fuck me! Adeles in recovery from bowel cancer, has a stoma. As an IBD patient it boils my blood when people think its OK to comment on my weight. Imagine Lorraine saying to someone 'you can't eat that cake, you're so big, you need to stop eating'.

It's reminded me why I don't watch her.

That's the only reason anyone watches her

I think you can program your TV to automatically switch itself on to the programme of your choice whilst it's on standby. Also you could watch a completely different programme but set up so it automatically switches from what you're watching to This Morning or whatever. You're welcome! 🌹

I will never forget seeing her commenting when Caroline Flack was sacked from Love Island. With a huge smirk on her face she said “well that’s show business”. How would she have felt if someone was taking the same attitude about her own daughter if she were suffering MH issues in the public eye? I can’t look or listen to her. Awful woman.

I remember this.
It was a 'lightbulb moment' and I realised what a foul nasty cow she really was.

What an unpleasant thread. Female presenter lapses and says something inappropriate in the moment, everyone piles in and gets nasty and personal about her. We all say the wrong thing, we all have to put on personas that aren’t how we really are sometimes. Her show isn’t to my taste but it’s generally harmless and seeing a successful older woman doesn’t upset me even if she isn’t always fluffy and nice. Christ Jeremy Clarkson upsets people right left and centre and still enjoys a presenting career, why does Lorraine have to be held to higher standards?

LK is like a bull in a china shop when it comes to presenting! Just a fake stupid giggle, a wave of the hand and an "och, it'll be ok" as a thought!
I used to watch her years ago, until I got the measure of her, hideous woman... As are all the Loose Women and a few more presenters, come to that, that I could name but won't! They've all obviously got/stayed where they are for some bizarre reason and it sure as hell isn't entertainment value!

Also dislike Jeremy clarkson.

Older presenters are great though. I really like fern Britton, Richard madeley, kay Adams. And some of the loose women.

It's not a one off. Also Clarkson is vile. They both delight in the ill fortunes of others and repeatedly get away with it. Until they don't.

I actually quite like her! I don’t think she meant to be mean she just didn’t think about what she was saying. Nobody is perfect. Sounds like a lot of spiteful comments to me

But she should be professional at all times when she's doing her job. She cannot afford to not think about what she's saying considering she talks for a living!

Yes and her programme today seemed to be a continuation of her award last night. Guests fawning over what an amazing woman she is and her lapping up every word. It made me want to vomit

Which Lorraine Kelly are we talking about, apparently there are 2 ( according to her legal team) one got away without paying much tax...the one sat smirking on the sofa every day
