so it seems that Horner was cleared of ‘inappropriate’ behaviour. Having seen the evidence it is clear that his bosses knew ‘something’ had gone but concluded that it wasn’t inappropriate. Thus, in their view there’s nothing inherently inappropriate about a married man actively pursuing a romantic/sexual relationships with one of his direct reports - despite her obviously wanting that action to stop.

I think that the pp who suggested that it was just a vehicle for the Asian bosses to apply their own very particular perspective on extra marital affairs and workplace hierarchy had it spot on.

I looked in my drive and it is not actually there. It wasn't something I created and it wasn't "shared with me" - just a link I looked in - so it might not be there. I looked at recent files and shared with me and it isn't there.
