They both look stressed, Geri looks upset and he looks sheepish. He's been cleared now and I think they need to work things out between themselves privately. There are kids involved, constant reporting on CH's stupidity won't help the situation. I think it's best to leave them alone but I suspect whoever wants CH out won't leave this to rest.

I think if he has harassed/coerced then he should lose his job, even if it was consensual at one point.

Perhaps even if consensual these relationships where one is in such a position of power should be a sackable offence?

I agree @diddl - unless there's some sort of HR / manager declaration that means it's all out in the open, there should definitely be some sort of safeguard against abuse of power.

Herein lies the issue with social media, Geri and CH (along with other celebs & normal folk) are out there building these “brands” of themselves but sadly the reality is very, very different.

Instagram etc. generates jealousy in people which is never a good energy to attract. Jealousy is the thief of happiness as they say…

Trouble is it's not just their business. Redbull are meant to be doing an engine deal with Ford who are taking the moral high ground, will only deal with companies that share their ethics, and want all the details. The FIA have strong rules about bringing the sport into disrepute and equality in the sport. If Horner has done what is being reported he's crossed all sorts of lines. Relationship with a subordinate, ie, unequal power relationship with potential exploitation. Morally questionable conduct. At the minute it is all conjecture, but I suspect all the dirty (or not so dirty) laundry will have to come out to satisfy all the parties or he will have to go. A blanket we investigated and it's all fine won't cut it.
