Tbh though, she has taken a decline in recent months. She looked fit & healthy and very good about a year ago even though she was still doing the strange videos.

The last 2 posts are really disturbing. I feel wrong for looking. Someone really needs to step in and help her.

Who would do that? Anyone taking a wage (and it’s a full time job managing someone else’s life) will be ripped apart. Her deranged fans (egged on by Britney) will accuse them of all sorts, and make their lives hell. No one is going to risk their reputation and mental health.

From memory it was clips from her documentary- Im sure there was one where she was asked about her breakup from Justin Timberlake that stood out to me but it was a while ago so I can't remember exactly but I did think at the time she was possibly autistic- obviously it's impossible to say.

Touched a nerve it seems. If it does not apply to you then it does not. But many posts on here do seem to fall into that category including the OP's. Perhaps if they were genuinely dismayed they would not be watching her actions on social media and enjoying gossiping about it.

Just looking at her latest one, she clearly thinks she’s performing for her fans. But like she is in her hey day, putting on a show, performing, I think she thinks this is her career. She’s also now editing to put out her show.

Well her caption indicates she's clearly aware it's an app and not a stage; your narrative is really negative as if she has no grasp on reality and is being patronised by invisible family carers. I know you are convinced she is in the grip of dementia and no reality but I think that's a massive leap.

Her poor sons, those videos are really disturbing and show a person who is obviously unwell. Hope all the Free Britney people are happy.

I'm not sure she'd have the energy she does if it was this. Since that drug is like heroin but even more potent and much more dangerous. Heroin addicts are usually nodding off all the time. Not doing crazy dance routines.

The crazy dance routines may be when she's manic due to her mental illness or taken "uppers" (cocaine/speed). She may then self-medicate with opiates or benzos (downers). I remember back in the day she was supposedly taking certain drugs to help keep her weight down too.

I read elsewhere that another possible diagnosis is Borderline Personality Disorder (confusingly also called BDP, same as Bi-Polar Disorder) There is some stigma sometimes attached to personality disorders which would be one reason why she's never confirmed her diagnosis even though she shares lots of other personal stuff (eg the abortion) in her book. For the avoidance of doubt, I'm clear she has absolutely no obligation to share her private medical information.

Symptoms of personality disorder (from NHS website)

• emotional instability – the psychological term for this is affective dysregulation
• disturbed patterns of thinking or perception – cognitive distortions or perceptual distortions
• impulsive behaviour
• intense but unstable relationships with others

Many people with BPD also have another mental health condition or behavioural problem, such as:

• misusing alcohol
• generalised anxiety disorder
• bipolar disorder
• depression
• misusing drugs
• an eating disorder, such as anorexia or bulimia

She could have a personality disorder, she could be bipolar, she could have a schizoaffective disorder. Who knows what her actual diagnosis is. It’s impossible to tell from a video or whether she’s using recreational drugs as well.
