How many hot drinks a day do you have ?

So be it any tea , coffee , hot chocolate etc ( not water ) do you have a day ?

Just counted up mine it's 10 , which seems a lot . Only 2 with added milk though .

I have around 9 cups/mugs a day. 3 cups of normal tea with milk, 1 green tea, the rest is hot water (sometimes with a slice of lemon in).

Anything less and I get constipated.

I'm not a big fan of cold drinks.

One cup black coffee on waking.
At work 6 cups of herb tea (I need to get up and move around every half hour because of back problems and pain so making tea is a good reason to get up from my desk).
At weekends it's a black coffee and two cups of herb tea because I move around so much more.
Why do you want to know?

One (admittedly large) coffee in the morning. I occasionally have a green tea after lunch.

Really struggling to fathom how someone could fit in 10 hot drinks throughout the day!

@UnravellingTheWorld 1 cuppa when I get up, 3 x cups of hot water between then and lunchtime. Cuppa at lunchtime. Green tea x 2 mid afternoon. Hot water when I get in from work. Cuppa after my tea and probably hot water and lemon before bed.

I'm just replacing cold bottled water with hot water (if I'm out and about I have a small sippy insulated flask thing)

Probably 6 a day, decaffeinated tea.

Usually 4 but they are giant sized mugs so equivalent to 8.

I am a teapot, I drink tea through the day from when I get up. Think Mrs Doyle out of Father Ted and how much she just loves a cup of tea 😁👌 I do have the odd coffee too, but mainly tea.

I really prefer hot drinks. So I have a thermos drinking flask which holds 470ml. I drink 4 of these daily usually decaff coffee with skimmed milk.

I’ve never tried coffee, I love Yorkshire tea and probably have about 8-10 cups over a 24 hour period ( I don’t sleep well ) and I know I need to cut down on it!

Normally 2 or 3 coffees and 2 cups of tea - tea varies between earl grey and peppermint, depending on what I fancy.

when I’m ill though I drink much less coffee and a lot more tea - usually 6 or 7 cups a day.

Possibly none at home, or a cup of tea, or 2. At work loads, because there's an endless tea round, which is great.

At my old job , we'd always have a cuppa on the go , but the same one would last us all morning.
