How many hot drinks a day do you have ?

So be it any tea , coffee , hot chocolate etc ( not water ) do you have a day ?

Just counted up mine it's 10 , which seems a lot . Only 2 with added milk though .

I don't like tea so 5-6 pint mugs of instant coffee with milk
Coke Zero can in the evening

I have a cup of Yorkshire tea with oat milk and cup of green tea most days. Other than that I drink water.

3 small coffees and 1-2 teas. Water after that fro the rest of the day.

I've never counted but loads, especially when I'm not working (I take a flask of something like popcorn tea or mint and choc chip tea but don't always get the chance to drink it). We have a pot on the go almost all day and just keep topping our cups up.

Between 1-3 per day. If tea it’s black, if coffee with milk. I used to drink upwards of 6 a day, but I drink more water and squash these days.

I’m currently awake with insomnia and feel quite queasy, so I may go make myself a weak cup of tea to see if that helps, because tea. <shrug>

A lot. I'm never without a brew.
I even take one to work with me in a thermal mug to drink in my car when I've parked up before starting work.
Full strength hot fresh coffee with sugar and cream.

The first is essential though.

I have a 1 litre teapot that is usually on the go all day, so don't know how many cups. In winter I keep it warm with a tea cosy.

1litre 10-12am
1litre 2-4pm
1litre 7-9pm

But it's black tea and pretty weak, so it's mostly water. I am very well hydrated.

Three cups of decaf coffee. That's usually all I drink tbh. Out of habit. Am never thirsty.

Between one and four. I mostly drink fruit tea with the occasional hot chocolate.

Three. Black tea with milk at breakfast. Herbal tea after lunch and camomile or some other sleep blend just before bed.

At the weekend I may push the boat out and have two cups of tea at breakfast.

Varies for me. I have one at most at work (often none) so if I am working mine would be about 4.

My husband has at least 829374932.

He is drinking all day - about 4 cups of coffee before he walks the dog, then it will be teas all day, probably at least once a half hour, till about 6:30/7:00 when he switches to squash. If he is going out for work or leisure he will have a large flask of tea with him and also stop for coffees (never teas if he is paying for them) from service stations, Greggs whatever.....

This is a useful thread as I had not really thought about it, but just discussing it with my daughter now and he must have WAY too much caffeine - even though a lot of his billion hot drinks are teas that still has caffeine......

We used to be smokers and drink too much alcohol (not boozing all day, but we would drink nearly every evening). We are totally sober now and fag-free (still vape sometimes) . I think there is an element of replacing addictions, and I am much happier with him having gallons of tea than getting pissed!

He is a big guy though who would prefer to lose a little, and the (full fat) milk in the tea is probably not helping that....

Two black coffees first thing. One black coffee mid afternoon when I have finished work for the day. Cup of herbal tea just before bed.

When i worked in a toxic and stressful workplace I had 8 strong coffees during the working day alone just to try and get through it.
