How many hot drinks a day do you have ?

So be it any tea , coffee , hot chocolate etc ( not water ) do you have a day ?

Just counted up mine it's 10 , which seems a lot . Only 2 with added milk though .

Only drink tea.

2 or 3 on a work day - one on the train, one in the office and another if it’s busy

1 or 2 on a weekend - one first thing and another pre lunch if we’re out.

After that it’s water, flavoured water,(rarely) Coca Cola and then wine 😂

I wish I could fit in 10 hot drinks in a day, at work I usually make a coffee and then get interrupted and end up scarfing it down cold! I feel like this is possibly the fundamental flaw in my life and I need to work towards a 10 cup life!

I probably have three mugs of coffee and five mugs of tea in an average day, all decaffeinated. I drink around three glasses of water each day, but never any other cold drinks.

I have so many! They're like a crutch for me, to get me through the day! 10 sounds like me.

Probably 8-10 per day but most are weak tea with no milk. It's just nice-smelling water at that point.

10?? That's a lot. I have 2 to 3, one normal tea, one decaf tea and maybe a hot water with lemon or a cacao.

Usually two coffees, black.

3-4 cups of tea, no milk or sugar

Around ten for me too - mainly tea with skimmed milk . In a mug.

How do you fit in 10!? Before breakfast, with breakfast, mid morning, lunch, afternoon, before dinner, with dinner, after dinner, is only 8.

1 non caffeine drink after dcs have gone to bed. Wouldn't have time to drink any throughout the day..

5-6. But three of them will be in a pint mug.

Two coffees before midday and maybe a cup of decaf tea before bed.

It depends how many meetings I have though. I like to go into a meeting armed with a brew even if it's online 🤣

I'd say 10 to 15 on days I'm not working...sadly at work I can only fit 2 in at lunch and can't have hot drinks apart from that so that limits me! I'd fit in 5 before and after work easily though

If I'm at work, probably 4 (all coffee).
If at home, 2 or 3 (coffee, plus an occasional peppermint tea).

One herbal tea in bed before getting up. One normal tea with milk mid-afternoon. On a particularly cold day, another milky tea around 6pm.

10-ish. In very large mugs, all decaf tea.
