How many hot drinks a day do you have ?

So be it any tea , coffee , hot chocolate etc ( not water ) do you have a day ?

Just counted up mine it's 10 , which seems a lot . Only 2 with added milk though .

I drink 8 - 10 coffees a day. Try to make every second one decaf.

I have probably 8 - 10 hot drinks a day.

8am - Coffee

11.30am - coffee

1pm - coffee

3pm - coffee

Done.

After that I drink water or squash or the tears of clowns, which ever is most refreshing at the time.

2 in general. Dh makes one before work then before bed. ( i hate making hot drinks)

One coffee midmorning and probably 3-4 of tea. I usually don't have hot drinks after mid-afternoon.

I only drink Yorkshire Tea in my favourite mug which is huge and fondly known at work as "the bucket". Probably 5 of those a day at work and 2 more at home in my 2nd favourite mug which is not quite as big.

2/3 teas

4-5 I would think.. far less than before I had my now-2yo son, who is a drink thief now 😂

Anywhere between 2-5 I would not be out the loo if I had ten.

Every day the same….

7am - 4 spoons caffeinated coffee, 3 sugars
1pm - Milky hot choc

Water the rest of the day.

If I’m working, about 10. Tea and coffee. More cups of tea if we have biscuits in. More coffee if no biscuits..

Usually 2 max ..... Coffee 1st thing at home, then sometimes a peppermint or regular tea late morning or in the afternoon.

None, but a shit tonne of Coke Zero!

I can't believe some people have 10 teas. It seems to make me pee far more than water, I'd never be off the loo.

None. The first (and only) time I tried a coffee (I was 17 I'm now 39) I had the worst migraine for two days, I had to lie in a dark room. I've never had a migraine like it since and it put me off coffee and tea for life.

I drink tea usually. Depends where I'm working, if from home I probably have 4 or 5 cups in a day. I don't drink tea at work just water so I only have 2 cups a day if I'm in the office.

8-10, mainly tea but one or two coffees.

Always a coffee to start the day. Another coffee when I get to work. Then a tea at lunch or if I nip my mums after work. So about 3 ish a day at absolute most. 2 max if I'm off work.

A few that match how many I've had today so don't feel so bad !
Along side the tea also had a 500 ml bottle of water so probably had over 3.5 litres of fluid today , expecting a few nightime loo visits .

3 - A cup of coffee 1st thing, a cup of coffee mid morning and a mint tea in the afternoon. Other than that I drink water.

~6 between 6am and 3pm 7 days a week

I have around 8 a day, husband 5 or 6 (plus coffee). We use 100 teabags per week.

One or two coffees. Don't like tea. Hot chocolate is for children.
