Nudists/Naturists

I have a friend who introduced me to life modelling last year and the same friend invited me to join her at a nudist/naturist evening at a swimming pool a few weeks ago. I went with her and found myself enjoying it, so I went with her last weekend too. There was quite a good balance between female/male attendees, which helped make it feel comfortable. So I am wondering if there is a fair number of nudists/naturists on Mumsnet too?

Euww! I'm not any sort of prude but imagine sharing a sunbed by the pool where someone's naked privates have been. Yuk!

I went to a wonderful naturist club in Sussex called the Brighton Sun Club, fully enclosed, families mostly. Loved it.
Lovely pool, water slide, teashop. I never went in winter only summer. Loads of very fat and very old people there, all sorts really.
Then it got taken over by new management who turned out to be swingers and was awful. I never went again.
Looked it up recently and it's been sold to a big group of nursing homes and they've built a great big nursing home on it. Gutted.
It was in the middle of a lovely wood and completely private.
I live in Somerset now and the nearest one is in Bristol miles away so I don't bother any more.
