I’ve seen it enough times that I think some people think it’s better to put sec than sex.

You can swear as much as you like as long as it's not AT someone as part of an attack or name calling.

Otherwise we'd all be talking about ducking aunts who shin the bed and puss on the carpet.

I love a good swear in RL and justify it to myself by quoting research that says using taboo words literally helps to relieve stress.

I have happily posted swear words on here, but have also at times posted words with some letters asterisked out. I think it just felt more suitable to the particular thread and the particular discussion being had.

"Shit fuck wank bollocks" is my go-to mantra when I realise something relatively minor has gone wrong, like forgetting to take my purse to the shop. When I reach for "cunting" it's usually in aid of something I feel more strongly about.

Ds overheard me theatrically calling his df a "wanker!" on the phone when he was little and I thought he was asleep. It was his favourite word for months 😳
