The Spanish for this is SOCKS (spell socks really quickly and you'd have said a Spanish phrase without knowing!)

Somehow it is better in Spanish. I don't like the English translation of 'it is what it is'

I’ve never understood the hate for the word moist. Makes me think of delicious moist lemon drizzle cake or lovely moist soil after an April shower.

I hate the word “poorly” meaning ill. Just sounds wishywashy and drippy to me.
