Please settle this argument - milk is for santa

Milk and cookies for Santa and carrots for the reindeer
this is the way it was done in my childhood and my children’s childhood.
A friend said she always left the milk and carrots for the reindeer and Santa got a cookie.
i know there isn’t a right or wrong way to do it but please help settle the argument that the milk is for Santa!

(lighthearted as we haven’t stopped laughing at the disagreement)

He gets whisky and a mince pie!

The carrot is for Rudolph.

Milk and carrot for the reindeer, sherry and mince pie for Santa.

Santa gets a little bottle of tawny port. A 20cl one which brings great joy and a fancy glass and some mini mince pies. It might be my favourite part of Christmas. Carrots for Rudolph and the gang.

Milk for Santa, he cannot drink and drive. Carrots for the reindeer and a mince pie or something else sweet for Santa.

Rum and a cake for santa, carrot for reindeer in this house 🎅

Beer or rum was the correct drink of course, though last year it seemed Santa liked gin and tonic (kids are grown but set out a drink for Santa and a carrot as a joke)

Santa got a whisky in our house. Carrot for the reindeer. No milk.

Father Christmas has a glass of sherry and a mince pie. Rudolph has a carrot.
