Talk about an American cheese derail wtf

The only thing I can protest about this is the incorrect use of the word American. America is comprised of 35 nations not just the US. So yes there are many unique American cheeses, the Mexican queso fresco is a favorite of mine. I'm only slightly joking and you're not wrong.

My husband eats Mexican cheese .. I think .

Agentdanascullyx · 19/12/2023 01:03

That’s the very horrible one I was thinking of too

WhatsTheUseOfWorrying · 19/12/2023 01:07

The strangest, and in its own way the most alarming, thread I’ve ever read. Anywhere on the internet.

Ortila · 19/12/2023 01:09

Monterey Jack was first made in the USA wasn't it?

Boomboom22 · 19/12/2023 01:10

One poster loves being choked during sex and will not understand why this is not really OK as part of sex. Extremely shocking. And they are not even that young, almost 30? They had kids too.

Apologies. I love pushing this particular British button.

Which one were you referring to? Surely not the American cheese?!

You're not pushing any buttons I'm not even English 😁 .

Obviously there are numerous threads on here about abusive relationships that are pretty shocking. But the most shocking thing to me is just how many people on here are afraid to answer a knock on their front door or talk to their neighbour.

Mosa369 · 19/12/2023 01:19

threecupsofteaminimum · 19/12/2023 00:26

The woman who put her kids to bed in their uniforms ready for the next day Blush

Efficient I must say 😅

Mosa369 · 19/12/2023 01:20

Pastlast · 19/12/2023 00:28

A woman who’s hack for dealing with her kid getting dog poo on his wellies was to run them through the dishwasher.

Why!!!! 😷

allfurcoatnoknickers · 19/12/2023 01:21

The Covid thread where someone equated abused children with children living in flats.

The thread where someone confessed to stealing her neighbours barky dog and dumping it in the woods :(

GodDammitCecil · 19/12/2023 01:21

I can’t pinpoint one post, because every time I read something incredible, the next day I come on here, and am even more shocked.

But essentially - what women in awful relationships deal with from men.

We're riled up over the "how dare they claim their heritage" thread happening as we speak lol

Ah yes I remember that one. I actually wept reading that. They were students iirc? Thought it was great japes.

Poor little dog and poor owner.

@ShortMotherfuckerWithTheIvoryHair i remember her. You could feel the warmth from the other side of the internet.

I think her name was something like Earthmother? I’m pretty sure it began with an ‘e’ anyways.

ChateauDuMont · 19/12/2023 01:30

Countless threads from posters who appear to live their lives being lily livered jellyfish.

They start off innocuously saying they don't want to meet a friend or a member of their own family or in-laws and wonder if they are being unreasonable at not wanting to meet.

It then transpires the person or people they are meeting have previously stabbed their cat, kicked their child, spat in the ops food blah blah blah of the most awful things and the op has bent over backwards to please them for the last twenty years without so much as a bad word said to them.

I've never met anyone in real life who would allow themselves to treated so badly.

NotARealWookiie · 19/12/2023 01:31

Not shocked in the same way as some of these posts…but I still can’t quite get over the woman who wailed at the Sistine chapel.

Ooooo and Pepper Jack! And Ghost Pepper Jack yummm

This will forever be hilarious.

YetMoreNewBeginnings · 19/12/2023 01:38

One of the most shocking things is tbt number of people who declare adamantly that something didn’t happen if they didn’t do it.

If they didn’t celebrate Halloween, get new PJs on Christmas Eve, walk to school themselves etc then it just simply didn’t happen anywhere ever. Even if countless other people on the thread did.

Similar to the dismissal of anyone British ever using Mom, despite the fact shit loads do. They used Mum, Mummy or Mam therefore Mom is an Americanism.

@WetTowelsWillRemainOnFloorWhereTheyHaveBeenLeft I don't remember if they were students, but it made me feel sick reading it. And the poster was so flippant too.
