The Lovely bones when Susie enters heaven.

Reign over me when Adam Sandler opens up to the therapist.

The Bridge tv series was quite good for doing emotional endings to each series.

The Green Mile.

I read the book and cried so hard at the end that i couldn't see the pages properly.

I went to the cinema to see it (against my better judgment) and cried so hard the neck of my top was soaked.

DH wanted to watch it on telly a few years ago ... I was wary. Well - i started blubbing as soon as Tom Hanks starts making his way out to visit Mr Jingles !! 😳😥

Sons of anarchy and ashes to ashes both broke me!! The tunnel too

Alwaystired23 · 09/12/2023 17:31

I agree with Billy Elliott. I watched it as a teenager and then again in my late 30s. It was so much more sadder than I remembered/realised!

Sick of people being ugly to each other. That's the way it is. That's the way it is every day. That's the way it is all over the world.

NEVER was a truer word spoken. Yet they are referred to as "animals" and that fucking pisses me off. Animals are more humane than arseholes like us will ever be!

Hachi- A Dogs Tale with Richard Gere. 😭

ApocalypseNowt · 09/12/2023 17:34

El Marginal.

Really brutal Argentine prison drama but I cried absolute buckets at the end. One of the best endings to a box set ever.

clpsmum · 09/12/2023 18:02

Ted lasso was great too. Wish they'd have won the league though!

Blackadder
The Wire (montage at the end)
Agree about Billy Elliot it’s a fantastic film and shows the though reality of many peoples lives in the 80’s
Changeling (The film with Angelina Jolie)
