What's your worst website to use, which drives you mad? I'm trying to trying to do some Christmas shopping and I've given up with the boots website it's so terrible

Boots is bad, I agree. Toast is also bad. If you look at an item and "go back" you start at the beginning again. I can't understand how they can get it so wrong.

NigelHarmansNewWife · 05/11/2023 16:12

The Boots website is dreadful. Clunky, difficult to navigate, etc, etc.

AutumnFroglets · 05/11/2023 16:13

I was going to say Boots as well. Very annoying.

KateyCuckoo · 05/11/2023 16:13

I came on to say Boots!

hby9628 · 05/11/2023 16:14

Asda groceries is shocking.

Guiltyfeethavegotnorhythm0 · 05/11/2023 16:14

Boots

Nitgel · 05/11/2023 16:15

Brand alley slways goes back to the first page too

mummabubs · 05/11/2023 16:15

Next on my android phone is nearly unusable. 🤦🏻‍♀️

LittleMooli · 05/11/2023 16:16

As soon as I saw the title I thought of Boots.

I can't get my head around Zara either.

And Argos is very annoying as you can't find out where things are in stock until the end.

WelshSpringerSpaniel · 05/11/2023 16:16

Odeon is a total nightmare

Gassylady · 05/11/2023 16:16

Another one for Boots, almost impossible to navigate and with an awful search function too. Aveda has sent me three times round the enter deliver address loop three times today as well 😡

HobnobsChoice · 05/11/2023 16:17

Boots is absolutely awful to navigate. I just don't use them at all.
Next has far too much stuff on it to ever successfully find something just through browsing even with filter.
Tk Maxx is awful.

The Reach media sites like The Mirror and the Manchester Evening News/Newcastle Chron etc are impossible to use due to the huge number of adverts. I give up after a few seconds as soon as the ads start loading and mean I can't read the actual newstory

Nothingbuttheglory · 05/11/2023 16:17

I came to say Boots. So many times I've tried to buy stuff from there and the site is so glitchy I can't complete the order.

WonkyFeelings · 05/11/2023 16:18

Zara and the endless scrolling through random shit.

Ibizabar · 05/11/2023 16:18

Boots and Asda groceries.

whinewithme · 05/11/2023 16:20

Boots and the Zara website is also absolutely horrific!

Northernsouloldies · 05/11/2023 16:20

Hmrc. Aaaaaaargh. Filled in online form.. All good.. Thought I would get a submit option na.. Now print this form off and post to us. I don't have an effing printer.

Luxurybeliefspreader · 05/11/2023 16:20

H &M and Uniqlo

CanIPetThatDawg · 05/11/2023 16:22

I was going to say Boots too.

It's fascinating how they've clung to this clunky and user unfriendly website for years now. Spend some money, Boots, enter the 21st century.

CantFindTheBeat · 05/11/2023 16:26

Apple is totally rubbish.

Amazon is pretty rubbish for anything than a straightforward purchase, too.

Thingsthatgo · 05/11/2023 16:30

B&Q

Cosycover · 05/11/2023 16:31

The Range.

ElevenSeven · 05/11/2023 16:32

Agree Boots is the worst. Open the app and get kicked over to their useless webpage to complete the payments

JustKen · 05/11/2023 16:33

British Airways. Truly, an awful website.

tellmewhenthespaceshiplandscoz · 05/11/2023 16:33

Boots
