What's your worst website to use, which drives you mad? I'm trying to trying to do some Christmas shopping and I've given up with the boots website it's so terrible

Another for those that regularly book ski holidays, Crystal Ski (Tui). What a bloody performance to get to the end and add equipment hire, it’s tortuous.

Their reps are invisible or shit too, but that’s for another thread.

Any site with a million pop ups before you can use it.

I have a visual impairment and find the tiny subtitles on Instagram very annoying as I can't read them.

Some new websites now seem to "slide" you to the next story when you are just scrolling down which is very frustrating.

I don't even see the point of th Zara website, can you even buy stuff from it? It's so confusing.

Slidingsocks · 05/11/2023 18:03

Hull City Council new website. Actually no link to jobs at the council!

monpetitlapin · 05/11/2023 18:06

LOL I've been whinging about the Boots website for the best part of a week. It's dreadful! 🤣

Minttee · 05/11/2023 18:32

Next, especially during a sale. You think you've got a great bargain then it tells you it's out of stock.😡

coliqua · 05/11/2023 19:35

John Lewis show you things you can't buy, by default. You have to say on every single page, please only show me things actually for sale. Maddening.

WhiskersPete · 05/11/2023 19:38

Zara is a PITA!

Heartbreaktuna · 05/11/2023 19:57

Another vote for boots. Trapped in infinite loops trying to log in. Seemingly no cookies ,(doesn't remember where you were, what you were looking at if you navigate away). And the search function is non existent. You could search the exact right term with correct spelling and it will return nothing.

John Lewis! Why does it insist on showing you things that are out of stock??

Next does this too - literally allows you to add to your basket and then says out of stock when you go to checkout. Filtering by "in stock only" makes no difference. Drives me scatty!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Passmeaplacard · 05/11/2023 20:06

Another for Boots, why can’t they spend some money on it. It’s impossible to use

All2Well · 05/11/2023 20:08

Zara is crap. Bershka was pretty crap the other day too.

VWT5 · 05/11/2023 20:08

BT

AmusableDragon · 05/11/2023 20:09

Sephora (was Feel Unique). App & website both as bad as each other, neither loads properly, used to use it regularly but not anymore (much to my bank accounts relief). Next & M&S for not removing out of stock items.

Notts90 · 05/11/2023 20:10

Next. Without a doubt. Add to bad, great, check out, oh sorry that's OOS.

Don't bloody let me add it to bag then.

Also, the Range, randomly adds stuff to my bag even when I don't click on it.

Yoyooo · 05/11/2023 20:11

Zara

I've never had a issue with boots

Badbadbunny · 05/11/2023 20:18

ItsNotUnusualToBe · 05/11/2023 20:25

Boots. Though it has the unexpected benefit that I always know when my partner is doing the Christmas shopping. It’s a very specific type of frustration.

im new to Zara online but I can see what you mean

wales online. Which is probably the news website you are referring to it utterly unusable

PinkArt · 05/11/2023 21:05

Boots is always so staggeringly bad that I no longer save up my points for a big purchase because I'm convinced they must be about to go bust.
Close on its heels is Habitat. A couple of Christmas sales ago I was happily putting lovely things in my basket, only to get as far as the payment page before they casually say, oh we don't actually have them available to buy online. We have them in store but won't do anything to fulfill an order that way. You could go to the store? It's only over 400 miles away.

ltappleby · 05/11/2023 21:13

British Airways website is clunky and Waitrose Cellar isn’t very good.
I’ve only used Boots to book a flu vaccine and it was hopeless - I ended up with 2 appointments for my DH and none for me.

Esgaroth · 05/11/2023 21:26

My children's primary school website. It's rubbish! All it needs to do is present some basic information in a manner that is easy to navigate but I can never remember where the bloody calendar is as it's so convoluted.
