Non-London People: How did you do on the London metro memory game?

I've never lived in London and haven't been there for over a decade. I got 25.7% which I was pretty happy with.

I've now set myself the challenge to better my score just a little bit each day.

4.8% but I haven't been to London for about 20 years.

Some more came to me overnight and now I'm 52,%. There's some that are right on the tip of my tongue, especially for the Wimbledon branch of the district line!

I got to 60 something % on my own, then DH and I collab-ed and between us we’ve got to 85.7%. But we did live in London until a few years ago.

It's not cheating to read the Mornington Crescent thread is it?

I lived and worked in London for 13 years. Left in 2006.

I'm currently at 57%.

What I'm finding bizarre is that I lived in the Docklands in various locations and frequently went out east to Beckton - I can't even remember the name of the station I got off at everyday for over a year or all the stops along the line.... I have got some random ones from places I've never been!!

I want to know which ones I missed without looking at a map.

Limping on to 57%. Getting the odd 'bolt from the blue'! I'm digging deep in the memory vaults for these ones! The west part of the H&C/circle line is hugely bothering me. Not my 'endz' at all 😂

I'm curious too. I think I'm going to bow out at 60% and just start filling a few in from a couple of lines as it might prompt me to rember a few more.

I've just reached 60% - i'm actually starting to guess..... no idea if they're stations - just I'm using counties/countries/parks....some are paying off.

I used on and off for a year - as I was putting it in I was thinking 'this isn't one' and it was - I'm so shocked! My brain is mush.....

I'm also up to 60%! Doing similar to you, trying the odd park, junction, road, all compass points 😂 random locations that I didn't think had a tube station but it's on the overground so counts! Others have randomly come back to me so I plough on, was going to call it quits at 60 but I just want to keep going now!

So, west is my weak spot. I just got about 8 stations by putting a compass point, central or junction after the same place!

I'm on 21% but i've been playing since Thursday and now I'm just randomly guessing places I've heard of in the hope they have a tube station! I don't really know London at all.

I know I have a shocking memory but I can't remember the name of the stop before the stop I used to get off to visit DH and his family.
It took forever to find a combination of Heathrow that the app was happy with.

I also find it frustrating when I remember a train station that is just trains and therefore not allowed

@endlessfall I couldn't remember two stations I went through twice a day mon-fri for 7 years! Fucking hell that did me no good!

I've lost my map! All my progress is still there, I've tried refreshing, pressing buttons, moving the screen - it's gone! I can try new stations etc but no map!

Me too. I was falling asleep and remembered Sloane Square. Wrote it down before falling back to sleep - phone not in bedroom.

when I woke up DH had written a couple more (I was genuinely grateful - it’s a joint effort now)

I've surprised myself by dredging up a couple more from the depths of my memory this evening!

I realised last night that I was getting confused with monopoly!

I've tried using what I can remember from Monopoly and disappointingly few are tube stations (do I'd already remembered them!)

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I can't get this work on my phone or on 3 different browsers on my desktop.
