I'm on holiday and had a massive salad. I couldn't finish it.

Booked myself a spa day…

I made a roast chicken we have plenty of leftovers to see us through the week...

TBH she did use the scales but is shorter than me and big boned IYSWIM and muscle weighs more than fat, so I let it go.

I talked to dh about how we desperately need more space.

I want to try and move early next year before ttc baby no.2 in time for an Autumn/Winter birthday baby.

We have a four bed, detached new build but the rooms are tiny and overlooked.

Plus some of the houses are Council rent or shared ownership and I am just craving some independent coffee shops and baby yoga classes.

Cost of living has just hit us so hard.

Thought about making up a woo thread about a strange doll found in my back garden that seems to sing creepy lullabies at night.

I wrote a meal plan for the week.
I shopped for the ingredients, with a feckin list and a pen to tick them off
I cooked a huge pan of bolognese, took 2 portions and used them to make 2 lunches. The rest I have made into a lasagne for tomorrow.
I have made overnight oats to take to work tomorrow as well.

This is the very first time I have done any of this. Its been a slow 15 year burn of absorbing Mumsnet.

I noticed my leg had falled off in the night, so I posted on AIBU to see whether I should call an ambulance. Decided the person who said if I could still type I couldn't be that bad was probably right and stayed put. Ignored the 999 out of 1000 posters who thought I should dial 999.

I bought myself a new and very expensive dress that looks like a potato sack. I intend pairing it with brightly coloured tights and yellow clogs for my trip to Waitrose in search of the mythical chicken that feeds the five thousand with the addition of a few lentils

I took something the wrong way

(D)H had a pint on the way home from work I am certainly getting my ducks in a row and screen shotting everything.

This has got to be a reverse 🙄

DO NOT tell anyone what that hobby is, it's too identifying.

I've realised my rabbit is neurodiverse as he won't eat carrots. DD (F,12) screamed "fuck off" in my face when I suggested she tidy her room, threw her chester draws at me in a rage. DPIL took her side but have now helped me understand I've been too harsh on her expecting her to help out, and it's no wonder she wants to move out.
I'm now NC with all of them.
