Do I tell my cleaner I can see her weight on my phone?

I just got some new Bluetooth bathroom scales as I'm doing Slimming World online and I'm finding the additional data and tracking information useful.

When I looked at this morning's data, I noticed there were two entries for yesterday - one at 7.30am and one at 11.29am. Both weights were similar so at first I thought, that's weird, I don't remember weighing again later and it was 2lbs lighter, so I would have remembered that!

Then I realised that it couldn't have been me but the timing coincides with when my cleaner was in that bathroom and I was downstairs. Her weight is probably similar to mine but she's tiny, about 4ft 10 to my 5ft 4 so perhaps she wants to keep track.

I've deleted that entry from my records. I have no problem with her using the scales - she has the WiFi password and we encourage her to feel comfortable here, we pay her above the going rate and give her birthday and Christmas gifts. We've known her for 5 years. The dilemma is, shall I tell her that I can see her weigh ins?

If she used the scales in the other bathroom, they're not Bluetooth and we wouldn't know!

@SparklingLime i didn’t read everyone’s responses but it’s true. A normal person would think “ let’s just delete this and say nothing” or I’d move the scales to stop her using them if I didn’t want to see her weight but it really would not bother me that much for me to want to broach the subject with the cleaner.

Mumsnetters are so weird about “private health information”! It’s her weight. It’s not her worrying smear test results. It’s like shoe size, or hair colour or star sign (and about as useful and insightful as that.)

It’s still classed as health information. Not a Mumsnet thing more just a fact. Also irrespective of terminology not everyone would be happy at their weight being shared with their employer. Some would. Everyone’s different hence she should just ASK the woman.

As was the initial observation?
