What's for tea tonight?

I've got two Hello Fresh recipes and I don't fancy either of them. DS is having tea at his friend so it's just me and DH. Today is payday. What should we have?? What are you having??

Hyderabadi chicken curry. I canMt wait. I've started cooking already!

Chicken thighs, potatoes from the garden and veg.

I don't feel too good so I'm having a pot of fresh mint and dried nettle tea.

Possibly fruit and yoghurt later until my appetite recovers

I'm thinking kofta meatballs with basmati rice and a feta,cucumber and tomato salad as a bit of a hump day treat.

Lamb Chops and cauliflower cheese.

These all sound amazing. Especially the chilli and curry.
Soup and salad again today for me.

Jacket spuds for us tonight. I'm going to make them nice and crispy, lots of butter, both kids eating elsewhere so it's a nice easy night for us. I'll probably have tuna mayo in mine, DH just likes classic beans and cheese.

Fish fingers, chips and onion rings.

I have turkey mince but I just don't feel like that tonight and want a quick beige dinner.

Chilli con carne, with rice. Cucumber, onion, tomato salad with parsley olive oil and lemon . Sour cream and onion on the side to counter the heat of the chilli.

I'm making a sort of cheat's biryani with Tuesday's Hyderabad curry with crispy onions and salad.

Sounds great!
