Did you watch your life slide out of view?

Don’t think so, there’s been no mention of roaches climbing the walls.

RunnyPaint · 12/08/2023 07:46

Teens wearing clothing that is totally inappropriate for the weather is hardly worth commenting on 🤣

Shame not everyone can afford centre parcs!

I take it you haven’t read this recent thread “Better than Center Parcs?” where the OP basically describes that CP is going to the dogs with smokers, anti-social behaviour etc and wants recommendations for more “up-market” family U.K. holidays at a budget of £6000-10,000 😳😱 Clearly the riffraff from OP’s theme park have made it into CP…

Dental work costs so much. Unless you've been genetically blessed AND disciplined with cleaning including religious flossing and a decent diet. Even routine check ups and hygienist costs money so no wonder bad teeth go hand in hand with certain demographics ALTHOUGH i noticed some upper class folks seem to keep their wonky stained teeth (Boris J springs to mind)

Wintercomesoon · 12/08/2023 07:54

Was it Chessington ?

BarqsHasBite · 12/08/2023 07:55

It was Drayton Manor peeps, the OP said as much upthread.

Disneyland Florida on E would be incredible, I agree

😂

taybert · 12/08/2023 07:58

I just bought some tight ribbed dresses……. from Boden! What does this mean?

Window82 · 11/08/2023 23:46

pretty fashion sandals on the kids or sliders. Not shoes for a theme park.

deffo low slung jeans, tops of boxers on show, some amazing bodies!

ribbed tight dresses, loads!! Saw the athleisure too, shirt Nike pro shorts.

You're not in the UK? .Missing teeth, swearing families, chavy but amazing bodies 🤣 ok no English man with his top off and has missing teeth has an amazing body. Pull the other one!

BeggyMitchell · 12/08/2023 08:02

Probably worried about glass houses

Ooh good point! I noticed that every potentially chavvy point of reference was mentioned except weight 🤔

Paul2023 · 12/08/2023 08:03

Gold chains and topless… sounds very 2002.
Also not very bright, even when it’s not hot you can still get wind burn or sun burn.

Queues- it the summer holidays, wouldn’t expect anything else.

You're obviously a very confused individual, I recommend therapy & possibly reevaluating your life entirely,

sawnotseen · 12/08/2023 08:05

@Thankgoodnessforabitofsun 🤣🤣🤣

sashh · 12/08/2023 08:06

Darling theme parks are not for the likes of you, stick to Glyndbourne.

I don't think she has actually said it, but if she did she is defaming Drayton Manor, because the queues really are not long. Also it wasn't 27° there any time recently.

AmeliPoison · 12/08/2023 08:09

I really disagree about not possible to have amazing bodies. There are chavvy women and men who have great bodies from genes or working in construction for men. Teeth is a different kettle of fish as it requires a lot of money and a rough lifestyle (drugs, fights, alcohol, childhood neglect..etc) causes loss.

AmeliPoison · 12/08/2023 08:10

Has anyone mentioned vaping and neon nails?

sawnotseen · 12/08/2023 08:18

I've taken my now adult kids to a lot of theme parks: Disney Florida, Disney Paris, Alton towers, Thorpe park,Chessington, Legoland, Drayton manor, etc - the only thing that sticks on my mind re the people there were the families in Florida wearing matching, highly patterned PJ-like outfits - what's that all about?! I live in outer London and am used to seeing what OP lists so I don't notice. Just normal people having a day out.

HelpMeGetThrough · 12/08/2023 08:20

The swearing though was ridiculous.

If your kids start copying, just tell them they fucking can't.

Maybe to you but in this country they are on the ugly side and never seen a nice body on men with their tops off and missing teeth in the UK 😂 they Dutch men on the other hand nice teeth and bodies and aren't chavvy 😆

I wasn’t judging it’s what I noticed.

The swearing though was ridiculous.

You noticed, you judged, you came on social media to get others to join in

LovelyJubbly12345 · 12/08/2023 08:23

I thought you were going to say parents on their phones, ignoring their children.

Custardslices · 12/08/2023 08:28

I'm more shocked a glamorous upper class person like OP went to such a establishment.

shame this is how she describes walking with her own family

Whatswhatwhichiswhich · 12/08/2023 08:28

NHS dentistry through the pandemic meant there was no dentistry treatment provided. They pulled teeth and that was it. I ended up having 4 removed because I’d been half way through root canal treatment when the pandemic hit, got an extremely bad infection that didn’t shift with 5 courses of antibiotics. A year later when they finally got around to restarting treatment there was nothing they could do to save the tooth to the surrounding teeth.

Everyone commenting about “toothless” people, all you’re doing is making people feel ashamed for not having been able to access treatment through no fault of their own. It wasn’t a case of not brushing teeth, it was a case of services were outright removed.
