I looked at pics from the inside, it all looks very much like standard student accommodation to me, including common rooms/relaxation areas/health support on board. Residents can go on & off the boat, it’s passed fire etc safety and been used to house people in lots of other situations. I don’t understand why people think it’s not ok. Can anyone explain please?

An elderly relative died and left me a country cottage. (Whoopee! says you, how quaint ! - err nooo. ) No central heating, no damp course, no mains drainage, on a non-adopted lane with no parking.

It took me a year to clear it out and another 6 months to get it fit to live in, so I could sell it.

Technically it was 'unoccupied' but it wasn't available for a year, and then only to a limited market.

Figures don't tell you everything.

Is it only those who voted for Brexit who vote generally on immigration issues and once they’re dead that’s it all resolved and politicians from both sides stop chasing them at GEs
