Hi guys! Hope your all well. Just wanted to let the people that have supported me let them know I’m still hanging on there. Went see solicitors today went ok and also had some face to face with knobhead.

Oh no I've only just read all the updates I'm so sorry. I woukd say I can't believe he's done all this but I really can he's well and truly lost the plot. I'd be planning to move to the coast with the inlaws for a fresh start

Just read your update lovely. He's actually certifiable. So glad police are involved, well not glad for you, but so his actions are all recorded. Now his parents are seeing him in a different light. So glad fil came in when he did.

I agree with pp you can speak to your gp and get a sick line. You could ask them to write it from the 1st day you're due back and have it extended if you need extra time
Your work are not being the kindest but they are a business with needs to be met so try to not take it personally

He has tried the bullying and the shouting. He has had a raging tantrum and destroyed OP's possessions and his kid's ipads. OP doesn't want him OW seems to have failed to move him in and his family are not speaking to him. All he has to look forward to is being prosecuted. He must wonder what the hell has happened. It is all gone so very wrong so very quickly

Hey everyone hope your all well. Today has been quite emotional for me. After a crazy couple of days I really have struggled today not going lie. AFter the attack KH did at the house I woke up this morning with a pain in my back, I did get some pain when he attacked me but as my adrenaline was racing I didn’t feel anything then, anyway I lifted my top up to my MIL and she goes there is a massive bruise all way down my back. I think when he pushed me against the wall and hit my head my back hit the frame too so in a lot of pain.
I decided get myself checked at doctors so off I went. I just broke down crying to doctor he was lovely about it. He said looks like your doing all the right things to protect your kids and yourself. He checked my back and just told me ice pack on it couple hours so let bruising go down. I did take pictures for proof. He also signed me off work for a month. I rang work to ask where I need send it in and they were really angry about ir. They said I need come in work as I got a disiplinary appointment in couple days due to investigation. I couldn’t believe it I told them I have a sick note for a month due ti stress and under mental health. They said they suggest I come to the appointment. I started cry and lost my shit( after everything I just lost it) told them shove the job up their arse and I will be taking this further!!! I can’t believe I said that honestly oh my god I cringe when thinking about it. Manager sent me a message saying she suggest j calm down and call her after. I haven’t yet

your manager is being completely out of order. I suggest you contact HR directly and put in a complaint and don't directly deal with her any longer until this situation is resolved. she is you causing you more stress and you really don't need that right now. doctors don't just sign someone off willy nilly.

Agree with this. I would also call ACAS in the morning for legal advice.

Why can’t people just make it easier for people that are going through all this? Honestly it’s so hard to keep track of it and making sure I have everything organised. Just want to run away from it all

I don’t understand how I am getting a disciplinary for KH actions? I told them the police arrested him and that’s not good enough.

Bloody hell my life is such a god damn mess! It’s one thing after another, by the way BIL is the middle man between us and KH and he confirmed KH said OW told him she’s pregnant and he don’t know what do. So he still in contact with her WOW what a joke of a husband I picked

Please speak to ACAS tomorrow.

And communicate with your work through HR (or at least copying them into every communication with your manager), through email only no more calls, so everything has a paper trail.

They are behaving appallingly so far.

I wonder OW's pregnancy is down to KH or her poor husband? KH deserves everything coming to him, but OW's husband really doesn't need the complication of having fathered a child with her.
