I'm sorry to restart the thread but I can't believe this. She was 15, over the age of criminal responsibility. She killed a baby, a baby who had been born. Not a foetus.
How can you say she shouldn't be in prison? It's hardly feminist to imply women and girls shouldn't be held to legall standards around murder.
