Did anyone get an access code today? I applied for 3 cities and for all 3 I've been put on the wait list. No codes for me 😔

@Okonuru73 how were you planning on paying? I would check that you would be able to pay with your own credit card or PayPal account if you do get to the checkout with tickets, maybe add your own card now to make sure.

Thanks! Yes, I have her ticket master account and will use my card to pay (happy to store my details on her account - much trusted friend!). Here's hoping it works 😬

I was lucky to get tickets in the midnights sale so don't really need more tickets, although I had told my goddaughter I would try to get her tickets if I did get a general sale code.

Guys, did I do something wrong? I didn’t get an email AT ALL. Not even for wait list.

I’ve registered seconds after she announced her tour, literally under a minute. We wanted to watch her at Anfield.

I’ve scoured my emails to double check I did register, but I’ve deleted them. But I distinctly remember getting an email telling me the dates we would hear back for the pre sale code etc.

My partner and mum both registered and are both on the wait list. As I say, I didn’t receive an email at all.

Same here, also for Anfield. I feel very snubbed 😁. But also slightly relieved that I won't have to be surreptitiously trying to buy tickets in the working day when I've only recently started there.

So I applied for a code as did my sister and BIL. BIL did it with his personal and work accounts and his work account got a code, otherwise we're all wait-listed. Am I ok to use his code to try on my AXS account or does it have to be his email address that got the code?

I meant are you definitely sure you can add a card in your name to her account and use that to pay? Will they accept payment from a card in someone else's name for these tickets? Nothing would surprise me.

I’ve got a code for Liverpool but not Edinburgh - I haven’t got an email to say I was waitlisted or not successful so who knows what’s happening there.

There’s 3 different times, I’ll be trying to fit my morning break and leave much time around it and hoping my phone signal is good 🤞I’m trying to be casual about it but feel a bit sick.

I had a feeling I should have bought Midnights from the official site in case a tour was announced but I don’t like paying the delivery if I can get it from a local shop.

Im pretty sure the code is only valid for the email address registered.

@VillageFete I had thought everyone would get an email to say they were getting a code/ waitlisted but my sister also didn't get an email and we know she registered to give DD more chance. DH and my other sister were waitlisted as was I though I got tickets in presale. Hopefully some codes will go unused as they went to people who secured tickets in presale.

If you bought the midnight album last year you were eligible for a presale which is now over.

@Okonuru73 you’ll be fine, I paid using my DD’s card (she’s 23, I didn’t steal money from a child, lol) on my account and it went through.

@ILookAtTheFloor yes it needs to be his email address and the ticket master/AXS account for that email address as well.

@DarkDarkNight obviously no use now, but do you know for any future thing... you’re not allowed to do things that you can only get by purchasing like that in the U.K., so you could sign up for the album presale for free on her website at the same time as the pre-order was on.

This is the general sale, the pre-sales were last week

The codes that were issued yesterday are for the general sale next week. I think they must have held some back or it wouldn't be worthwhile issuing those codes and having a waitlist.

Yes there was a registration window. If you didn't do this then you have no chance at all of getting a code for the general sale.

For the Midnights presale, you didn't have to purchase anything, you could pre order her album if you wanted, but you were able to sign up for presale tickets when they'd be announced. Worth remembering to keep an eye on your favourite artists social media, fan emails etc, in case this becomes the norm. It was quite well advertised, and most people I know who would be big fans have secured tickets this way so haven't had to rely on the random selection for the codes.

Tbh I think this system has worked quite well. Particularly dividing up the concerts dates into separate on sale times. Would like to see that continue for other sales.

For those who haven't received an email re waitlist or code yet, worth emailing ticketmaster/axs to alert them before the tickets go on sale.

Big possibility that the hype (particularly from TikTok) will die down, and ppl who are buying in this round will sell nearer the time. Hopefully not for extortionate prices!

@Inanun2 a lot of people bought the midnights album to get a code for presale land registered for the general sale as a backup or to increase the chances of getting a ticket. I had my sisters and DH register to maximise our chances of getting a ticket for DD. As it happens we got tickets in the presale last week and none of us got codes for the general sale.

I'd be surprised if you couldn't just follow the link if forwarded to you? You would just need to then login to their account and use the code from the email.

I'm not sure they'd be able to tell if the link was clicked on from the original email or not?

No I didn’t know that. I purchased Folklore on the site but don’t always. Especially if there’s too much choice - I loved all the Midnights versions and couldn’t decide. This was the email, next time I will be on it 😂

Also, those who secured tickets through the midnights pre sale, will also have applied for the general sale code too, and won't then be using. So maybe hope for those on the waitlist that way?
