You can’t save your card details on AXS beforehand.

If you have a code you can enter the queue and try to buy tickets. If you’re on the waitlist, they may get in touch at some later point if there are any tickets left... but probably not.

Should I save my card details on Axs? Someone said I should do this for quickness but I can't see where you do that!

@neveradullmoment99 then beware them of anything marked side view - some of those are actually basically behind the stage.

If they are on the lower levels they are not always the cheapest option either.

This sale might be different, but for presale on AXS, you entered your email address to get in the queue, then the code before you could try to select tickets.

Then card details after you had tickets in your basket, they also take PayPal.

Yeah I spent ages trying to add my card details on AXS.

Also make sure you only use one device/one tab and that you're logged into the ticket site. I had to reset my password despite having checked it that morning.
If you try and use multiple and they will throw you out of the queue and only let you use one anyway.

Yeah one device and tab only, or you risk getting locked out, also I know in the presale people also got booted out for rejecting tickets to try for better ones too many times, I also got kicked right back to the beginning of the queue when my card didn’t work, I couldn’t just use a different one.

Oh and my card didn’t work because it’s a stupid card btw, nothing to do with AXS.

I have a secondary credit card on my DP’s account, it often suddenly goes... we want to verify it, but if I say I’m me it’s just says no, you can’t verify this and if I say I’m my DP, it needs him to go in his app... and he was at work.

not that anyone needed that level of detail 🤣 just wanted to be dead clear it was nothing at all to do with AXS, it happens all the time to me, I knew I shouldn’t have tried that card 😡

What a complete pain for you! My card also does this, which can be annoying and take extra time.

Im trying to get tickets for Edinburgh. I see they are different times for the sale depending upon the dates [ Friday, Saturday and Sunday shows]
Do I try for the Friday? If I don't get one, will I be able to try for Saturday's show or is that my chance up? Or if Ive not purchased will I be able to get on to the next day for the Saturday show?

Yes, that’s what I did after my card muck up, literally, I’ve got tickets for Saturday in Edinburgh 🤣

I also know some people split their 4 tickets in the presale and that worked too. As in, 2 in one and 2 in another.

Brilliant. I really want the Saturday but may for the Friday first. Sunday isn't the best day for me as I have work the next day.

Ah so is it only 4 tickets per account regardless of how many codes you get?

It was 4 tickets per account for the presales and I’ve been told it is for this one too, though I don’t have the code email for it, so not 100% definite.

It told me I could buy 4, then that my allocation was used once I’d bought 4 (because luckily there are 4 of us, lol) but people who did 2 and 2 when they went to the next sake it knew they only had 2 left.

How does the queue system work for the different days?

Is it 3 different queues for the 3 different days? So you would theoretically have to leave one to join a waiting room for the next date?

Are the queues only open for a limited time or until they sell out?

In an ideal world I'd love the Saturday (sale opens at 1pm). But will try for the Friday first (sale opens at 11am).

If you’re still in the queue for one when the next is starting, something has gone pretty wrong tbh... because the only allowing access to people with codes is partly to prevent that sort of thing happening.

I don’t know that there’s a strategy really.

Friday was busier and a longer queue than for Saturday for me and I know there were Sunday ones left the next day still. I wouldn’t expect them to be left the next day this time, but my assumption is that everyone tried them in order so less people as the day went on.

Also remember that a few tickets will drop back in. People bought them after they officially sold out. The odd standing ticket and VIPs. Worth staying in and refreshing for a bit.

I still can't quite fathom how it works.

The e.mail says queues open at 11am, 1pm and 3pm for Fri, Sat, Sun respectively.

If I join at 11 for the Friday do I need to decide to give up and then join a different wait room to get in to the 1pm queue for the Saturday?

Sorry, I'm overthinking it!

The queue for Friday was the longest, about 25? Minutes or so, before I got into the site properly, a couple of minutes to get tickets, get kicked out for my card nonsense, tried to rejoin which only took about 5 minutes and all that was left was the most expensive VIP ones.

So... 35? Minutes? At most before they were all gone.

Satyrday’s I had queued, got tickets and paid within 17 minutes.

Is there a waiting room before the queue though? You’ll want to be in that, that was 30 minutes before the queue opened, doesn’t do anything other than Dave you time getting in the queue

Ah! Got it. I'd been seeing tiktoks where folk were in queues for hours. Possibly a different system in different countries. This is gonna be quick and dirty...depending where you are in the queue! Thanks so much for replying.

For the presale I reckon all tickets were gone
I'm about 35 minutes max.

So in theory you would know if you have a ticket before the east slot opens even if timings are double. On ads there was a little message box that what ticket levels remaining were like as well.
