Did anyone get an access code today? I applied for 3 cities and for all 3 I've been put on the wait list. No codes for me 😔

@cupboardday I'm in a similar situation, but with a friend rather than a family member. I'll log on as them and pay with my card. I'm assuming that if we actually manage to get tickets it won't be a problem transfering them. Hope it works out for us!

I got put on the waitlist but my sister has a code she now doesn't need. She suggested that I log onto her account to buy tickets with her code for myself and DD and pay for them with my credit card. The only issue I saw was that they might be in her name not mine, but Ticketmaster then lets you transfer tickets to a friend so she could just transfer them to my account after. Would that work?

I’m planning on doing this for my daughter. I’m going to give her the credit card I paid for in my name as ID in case ID is needed on the day, but it think as long as you can log into your sister’s ticketmaster on the day of the concert so you have the tickets on your phone will be fine.

Okonuru73 · 16/07/2023 16:49

Assuming that I miraculously get to the front of the queue tomorrow and get tickets my plan was to order 4 tickets which is what I need.

Issue has arisen in that another friend got early access tickets and has a spare - so one of the kids in my group might want to sit with them. It's all a bit unclear...

This would possibly leave me with a spare (again, assuming that I get to the front of a 1m strong queue 😬). Would I be able to sell this on? Do you reckon there would be a market for a single ticket (i'd jist be looking to get back what I paid not make a profit)?

Also, is it possibly going to prove tricky to get 4 seats together? Anyone got a crystal ball...?

Good luck to all of those with codes!

I think it only opens half an hour before ?

So keep refreshing in the minutes leading up to 30 mins before?

Jigslaw · 16/07/2023 17:29

No need to refresh, it's completely random where you end up in the queue after the waiting room! Just make sure you're in a few mins before the sale time and don't refresh!!

Ok! That’s quite reassuring that there’s nothing I can do right or wrong!
Just have to be speedy with the seat selection?

I was with AXS for the presale, but it’ll be similar-ish

You want to be logged in to the account already, and have your email address and the code handy (I copied and pasted) so it’s quick when it asks for them.

and yeah, be as quick as you can if you get as far as selecting seats

cupboardday · 16/07/2023 18:04

Thanks @tabulahrasa @Okonuru73 and @KingofCats I'll give it a go and hope I get lucky. Good luck to you too !

I've been trying to find out how much the seating tickets are as I CV could only find a range from around £50 to £194. Does anyone know how the prices breakdown? I'd like to pay about £100 but would go for £194 if that's all there was

Itwasrare · 16/07/2023 18:16

@cupboardday tiktok is your friend, there are loads of videos on there showing the booking screens.
Lower bowl PL1 is £194 (Wembley level 1 seats), the most followed by £172 for the front standing blocks
The seats then vary down to 58 for restricted view with many around the 100 mark, similar for general (back standing) admission
then there is VIP, some seats from each section are much more expensive and you get a goody box on top.

neveradullmoment99 · 16/07/2023 18:40

Do you get to select your seats? Is it clear on the price?
How do I save my credit card to purchase on Axs. I was told to do this.

neveradullmoment99 · 16/07/2023 18:41

If I have a code, does it guarantee seats?

No. Think it says that on the email.

L5 Wembley is £90 inc fees.

neveradullmoment99 · 16/07/2023 18:43

What do you mean? Only people with a code can join the queue.

No. Think it says that on the email.

So what is the difference between having a code and the waitlist?

thaegumathteth · 16/07/2023 18:44

You can't access the queue without a code? Do you have a code? All the info is on the email.

It wasn't clear for me but after I realised when you get to the purchase page AXS gives you the best available but there's an option to select change I think then they offer you different seats. You can select different levels/price points including VIP packages.

You've got an advantage over presale people last Monday.
You'll be able to search and find:
The seating plan for your venue
The prices for each type of ticket
What's included in each VIP package in case you want to get one. Don't be fooled into thinking VIP will automatically give the best seats. I saw someone on twitter saying their VIP seats were level 5 at Wembley, the furthest/highest seats in the stadium.

sorry, I don't know what I am doing with this.
I am getting confused with the waitlist and the queue!
So people on the waitlist are waiting to get onto the queue?

christmastreefarm · 16/07/2023 18:46

@neveradullmoment99 if you are waitlisted it means you will only get a chance to buy tickets if there are any left after everyone with a code has bought them.

How likely that is I don't know - depends maybe how many of those with codes have already bought with presale. I think it's unlikely that a waitlist will get any.

thaegumathteth · 16/07/2023 18:46

@neveradullmoment99

So people applied for a code and

Small % ~ got a code
Most % ~ no code and put on waitlist

People with code can join queue when tickets released but are NOT guaranteed tickets

Waitlist people cannot join queue unless they subsequently receive a code if tickets left.

neveradullmoment99 · 16/07/2023 18:47

I received a code a few days ago. I just don't want to mess it up!
I also don't have bucket loads of cash to throw at this. So will need to think carefully about what I am buying.
