Did anyone get an access code today? I applied for 3 cities and for all 3 I've been put on the wait list. No codes for me 😔

Ah! Got it. I'd been seeing tiktoks where folk were in queues for hours. Possibly a different system in different countries. This is gonna be quick and dirty...depending where you are in the queue! Thanks so much for replying.

Yes that did happen elsewhere, that’s why there’s the codes and the split between ticketmaster and AXS - to try and make it work without stuff like that or just the site crashing happening.

It does seem to have mostly (the accessible phone line was a nightmare apparently) worked pretty well for the presale, so hopefully it’s like that for the general one too.

I hope they look into accessible tickets in general going forward, I have to say I was ignorant to how challenging this is for concerts and gigs but its sad there wasn't any sort of system it seems beyond phoning many many times, holding the line for ages and apparently some people have had huge phone bills!

Aside from that I agree the pre sale seemed to go well. With how few codes they seem to have given out hopefully those who have them have a really good chance of getting tickets. I was surprised just how many of us in pre sale actually got tickets!

I'm about 35 minutes max.

So in theory you would know if you have a ticket before the east slot opens even if timings are double. On ads there was a little message box that what ticket levels remaining were like as well.

No, Monday of presale was longer than that I think. I got through at close to 12 and a friend got random tickets at 12.30.

Two lines of thought

  1. Just get in anytime before the deadline. It's a random allocation to the queue.
  2. Get in and refresh a minute before the deadline - some think this got them into the front of the queue. Though some said it risks kicking you out.

Yeah, I bought tickets at a 1pm slot. Entered wait room at 12.30pm, queue at 1pm, tickets bought at 1.15pm but I think it was pretty much sold out by 1.40pm so there would be plenty of time then to get in the 2.30pm wait room for the 3pm slot.

It might be different in the general but from my experience, don't give up hope if you're not sorted in the first 15.

Nah, you'll be fine. It'll pretty much be over in about 45-60 mins but just warning to keep an eye on tickets going back in when the orders weren't processed.

I honestly don’t think you’ll still be in the queue when the second one starts.

If your preferred day is Saturday though, if it tells you they’re all gone, there’s no harm in staying on the site and searching every so often for ones people fail to buy until the Sunday one.

I'm in the lobby. Its counting down for me. Clock in the middle to go into waiting room where it says I'll be assigned a random place in queue.

This was happening to me in the presale. Most of the screen would be blank apart from a small lilac spinning circle. When I clicked on another tab (not refreshing or closing the waiting room/ queue tab) and went back to the original my queue number would pop up for a second then it would go blank again. I think it might have been due to my clunky old laptop. When my turn came everything showed up fine.

The next day I used DC's chromebook and I didn't have that issue.
