Could we PLEASE have a thread that stays up?

Meaning don't name anyone, or any programme or ask for initials or hint.

I just would like to discuss how this is likely to unfold.

I thought the new allegations were that the presenter had sent the young person pictures of him in his underwear, or are they different to that?

i can’t see any shows deleted in iPlayer. I think someone checked wrong if they think deleted then suddenly reinstated

What amazes me is that if what is reported is correct i.e an under 18 being paid for indecent images or even if not sharing them with the 'presenter' why on earth the BBC and the Sun didn't report the matters to police.

If criminal offences are described you report to police. Organisations have to be so transparent today. Let the right agencies sort it.

And it still leaves the question of the actual young person and whether they made a report to police or the media? You cant make a crime report/statement third hand if you're not the victim.

Yes of course you can report a crime if you’re not the victim and she has evidence.

I answere that poster too, but the fact is unless the new allegations are different there maybe no criminal act which us why it’s an employer thing Ie if it was only fans and he thought she was 18

but you can report any crime, you see someone beating someone up or nicking a car, of course you can report it.

And not saying I'm sure it's him - a pp mentioned a big wheel which he is quoted talking about in the press release for the new show.

I would find it shocking if it were him.

Nothing that anyone does who works frontline, as in presenting, acting etc on the TV or radio shocks me any more.
I have no idea who it is, but it won't shock me when it comes out.
