She' had an empathy bypass I think
"Because I’m sick and frustrated of the obsessive, hateful loud siren voices who act as if they’re speaking for all cis women – for all feminists – when they fight to keep trans women out of single-sex spaces." I am speaking for women who are just women, not speaking for cis women at all (not sure there's many women who actually call themselves cis and Emmie is misgendering when she calls them that without their permission.
"Why are we still, depressingly, debating who is and isn’t allowed in women’s toilets?". It is depressing, because men should not be allowed in.
"First of all, let me get this straight: trans women are women." Yet Emmie, like many others, won't say what a woman is.
"They are not inherently dangerous, and they are not men. They are women – plain and simple.". They are men. Most men aren't inherently dangerous but most inherently dangerous people are men.
"As a cis woman, I also want to make clear that they are welcome in my single-sex spaces – like women’s toilets, changing rooms and ladies’ ponds.". Welcome them into your spaces then, not mine.
"Under the Equality Act (2010), venues have the right to allow trans people access to single-sex spaces". No, they can't be discriminated against because they are trans. But men can be kept our of women's spaces.
"This means that trans women have been using women’s toilets in line with the law for years, long before toilets became a hot-button issue.". Men have been raping and oppressing women forever too. Doesn't make it OK.
Rishi was not mocking transwomen, he was mocking people like Emmie who are so interested in showing their PC credentials that they actually showcase their authoritarian leanings and inability to recognise their privilege.
