There's an A380 supposed to be Heathrow to Dubai (UAE30) currently just north of Wakefield.

Thoughts?

It’s descending so possibly landing in Glasgow. It’s gone down approx 10,000 ft while I’ve been watching.

I'm going to take a guess that it's being moved to Glasgow.

Either that or the pilot has the map upside down.

Or there's a security situation taking place, but all news sources are not covering it, due to national security

The aircraft is positioning because the earlier flight was cancelled. The same flight number had been used and FR are assuming it's destination based on history.

Might be going west of Glasgow to land into wind. Wind currently coming from the east.

Nah. EK30 LHR - DUB was cancelled. The aircraft is positioning.
